Prior to founding Arcona, Tom and Brendan had already developed successful careers as respected business professionals and skilled tradesmen, collectively amassing over forty years’ experience across the construction and business sectors, both in Ireland and internationally.
Today, that depth of knowledge continues to shape the direction of the company. Our management team brings extensive and diverse expertise across residential, commercial and industrial projects, with a particular strength in delivering high-quality developments from concept through to completion.

Director
Brendan has a strong track record delivering residential developments across Ireland, with extensive experience from inception to completion. He brings a comprehensive understanding of the strategic, commercial and operational aspects of development.
He plays a leading role in shaping Arcona’s projects, overseeing acquisitions, planning, contracts and stakeholder engagement.

Tom brings significant international experience to Arcona, having worked extensively in the Middle East specialising in dewatering and large-scale wastewater management. His expertise spans complex residential and commercial developments, where he has been responsible for delivering critical infrastructure solutions that underpin successful projects.
